Pros: The staff were first-class, friendly and professional.
Pros: The hotel was very stylish and the staff was very friendly. It was a neat value for the coin.
Pros: The design is ok for a business hotel. The location is good if you want to be in Costa Mesa
Cons: Staff was not very professional. Didn't honor the SPG gold upgrade as they said that they are a piddling hotel. Room is small and bathroom is pocket-sized and outdated.
Pros: Other than front desk staff, all the other staff were very courteous and professional. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable all in all very nice.
Cons: Well after prepaying for the room. For them not allowing me to get keys to the room, because of carte du jour damage and non do to lack of cash that they do not except. I had to go to my bank and get another temporary card while my other party had to wait with my luggage. Was completely unacceptable. Somebody needs to inform them that once you pay for something you are in championship to it. Regardless to some policy they in place.
Pros: Prissy area to backside the hotel to walk. Larger room size
Cons: Service was somewhat lacking. I stayed iii nights. My room was never serviced by the cleaning crew afterward I checked in. Mattress was very firm and non very comfortable. Hotel nickel and dimes for everything. Self parking was $22 a night. Hotel Concierge wanted to charge me an boosted $20 a dark when I (a solo traveller) requested a male monarch bed upon arrival instead of 2 queens, even though the hotel was half empty and the published rates of the king rooms were $35 less a night than the nightly rate I had paid for my stay.
Pros: Splendid service. Staff were very helpful and friendly!
