Red Apple Martini Cocktail: For the Non-Bartender
This mail service was sponsored past Libbey as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Primal. I received complimentary products to facilitate my review, using martini spectacles to brand my carmine apple martini!
I will say, there's definitely an advantage to planning a party. Especially a party that I have to experiment with signature drink recipes…
My Favorite Things party, volition be a "plaid," theme… laying a lilliputian heavy on the red. So I knew I wanted at to the lowest degree ONE cerise beverage on my tabular array, then a Red Apple Martini soon became the "one."
When I'm hosting, I Always want to create a wow factor for my guests. It's the best part of entertaining for me! I want my guests to experience "welcomed," and to hopefully give them the thought:
I'chiliad so glad that I came."
Final twelvemonth, for my Favorite Things political party, I created a Champagne Bar for the girly girls, and WHEW! They LOVED & DEVOURED it. And so this twelvemonth, I decide to create the aforementioned "Wow," cistron simply mix it up a bit. (Ha… no pun intended.)
Martini Bar
This year I will be creating a martini bar for the sweet gals, with a couple of signature martini'southward that they tin easily whip upwardly.
During the search for martini bar goodies, I found the PERFECT martini glasses, just in time. They're the Libbey® Drinking glass Perfect Signature™ Auden Martini Spectacles, from Bed Bath and Beyond. They have that tall, skinny stem, that screams a "mod," wait, which will look fabulous, displayed with all of the goodies on the table.
When I was shopping around, I kept seeing other martini glasses that had chunky stems, zigzag stems, and some that had a "cloudy," look. They just weren't cutting it for me. Then… I constitute these lovelies. You may not retrieve then, just what your drinking glass looks similar, tin make a BIG departure in what your whole martini bar looks similar.
Since my Favorite Things party is hosted correct effectually the holiday's this yr, I added a little coconut to the rim of the martini glass, and with the Cherry Apple tree Martini deliciousness… it looks similar an upside-downwardly Santa chapeau, right!? Eeeeek! Super fun. I cannot WAIT to get these in front of my gal pals.
Red Apple Martini
This martini could definitely be served any time of the year.
• Information technology'southward fruity enough for a Summer Martini
• "Plumbing equipment," enough for a Fall Martini
• and the PERFECT color for a Winter Martini
How to Rim the Drinking glass
I constitute the CUTEST idea, to rim the glass with coconut from Blue Ribbon Kitchen.
Light corn syrup is my all-time friend, when it comes to lining spectacles. It has a sweet taste, and with it existence nigh transparent, you tin can barely see it.
In a small plate, combine coconut flakes and white sanding sugar or small white sprinkles, if desired.
In another small plate, add a little light corn syrup.
Lightly dip {or you lot'll have excess syrup rolling down your glass} the outside border of the rim into the corn syrup.
